Roberto Musneci

Dr. Roberto Musneci has 17 years experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare sector in Eastern Europe, where he set up multinational operations and negotiated acquisitions, spin-offs and divestment deals prior to leading a global business for a major multinational.

He has been a member of the board of Foreign Investors Council (FIC) in 2003-2004 . A member of the board of the American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) from 2003 to 2007, he also served as its President for three consecutive mandates. Dr. Musneci has been in the board of Unimpresa Romania (Italian Industry Ownership Association) and was one of the founding members of the ASPEN Institute Romania. He also created a CSR foundation which has received several awards operating in the field of Healthcare, Education and anti-discrimination.

Dr. Musneci has been Vice President of the Pharmaceutical Industry Association between 2004 and 2006 and member of the National Federation of Ownership Associations (CNPR). He co-led the industry team that negotiated the agreement between the pharma industry and the Romanian Government in 2005 and is on the board of London and Bucharest listed companies.

He also holds a Cum Laude degree in Economics from the LUISS University in Rome and further completed his studies in Germany, the Ashridge College and LSE in UK and Duke University in North Carolina.
